ITINERARY PROPOSAL:

Pick up at your hotel in Guangzhou at 08:30 am and drive to Kaiping (about 2-2.5 hours), which located in the Pearl River Delta and is part of the Greater Taishan Region, the ancestral homeland of many overseas Chinese. Upon arrival, proceed to visit the UNESCO World Heritage Diaolous of Zili Village, fortified multi-storey towers which were constructed in the Kaiping area from the early Qing Dynasty. After lunch, continue visit to UNESCO World Heritage-Li Garden, a huge garden area filled with gardens, canals, bridges and mansions with mix of Chinese and Western design. Today you will have the chance to try special local flavor – braised rice with eel (Chinese sturgeon). Transfer back to your Guangzhou hotel. (Lunch)
