ITINERARY PROPOSAL:

DAY 1 Arrive in Guangzhou   Flight No. TBA

Arrive in Guangzhou, know as Canton in the West, the biggest city in South China. Upon arrival in Guangzhou, meet your English-speaking tour guide and transfer to the hotel for a 04 nights’ stay. Free at leisure for the remainder of the day.

DAY 2  Guangzhou (B/L)

After breakfast, pay a visit to Sun Yat Sen Memorial Hall and Yuexiu Park, also known as Yuexiu Mountain, which was named for Nanyue King Zhao Tuo, who built “Chaohaitai” on the hill during the Western Han Dynasty. After lunch, continue visit to a Ceramic Center. In the afternoon, visit Clan Chen’s Family Temple, also named Chen Clan Academy. Enjoy a typical Chinese health massage, including head, neck, shoulder, waist and leg.

DAY 3  Guangzhou (B/L)

After breakfast, visit the Lingnan Impression Park. The Park features unique streets, temples, and houses that show off the traditional Lingnan culture. After lunch, continue visit to Guangdong Chinese Medicine Museum. Later, visit Flower City Square (Huacheng Square), Haixingsha Park – the Asian Games Landmark, Canton Tower (picture stop, exclude entrance). Enjoy a traditional Chinese foot message.

DAY 4  Guangzhou (B/L/D)

After breakfast, lecture on basics of Chinese medicine; Yin versus Yang; Acupuncture etc. Demonstrate taking pulse and how to determine illness by pulse. Where are all the lymph nodes on the body, explain what each one controls. After lunch, visit Shamian Island, Qingping Chinese Herb Market and free shopping at Shang Xia Jiu Commercial Street. Followed by Pearl River Night Cruise with buffet dinner. After the cruise, transfer back to your hotel.

DAY 5  Depart Guangzhou (B)     Flight No. TBA

After breakfast, free at your own arrangement for last minute shopping or seeing a doctor good at Chinese medicine for own special needs, such as headache, sub-health problem, neck, shoulder or waist pain etc. until our local guide escorts you to the airport for your departure flight.
